4 V6 boxes all on same network with valid IP assesses. Cannot watch recorded programs from other boxes. Cannot pong boxes from laptop. Was fine until recently.

I'm really sorry to hear you're having some issues with the V6 box and for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.
