Unfortunately, that website has been broken for a couple of years now - it does pretend to work and says all the right things, but the actual act of transferring the settings/series-links hasn't worked for, well, a year or so.
Also BBC iplayer is not currently working on v6 box. Does this take time to come online? Read another post suggesting to leave it for a day or two..
In what way is it not working - what happens? Can you view other OnDemand programmes, for example clicking "watch from CatchUp" from the TV Guide?
One crucial difference between your old TiVo and new V6 is that the V6 doesn't have an in-built internet connection and needs to use your homehub for all internet-based functions - OnDemand, streaming, EPG & software updates, etc.
How is your V6 connected to your homehub? Is it an Ethernet cable (recommended) or wireless? You can check whether your V6 has a working connection by following Home > help & Settings > Settings > network, and looking in the top-right.
