V6 box

V6 box stuck in start up loop between welcome screen and starting up occasionally green screen. Tried everything tightened cables reboot switch off etc still the same. Suspect the box has had it but almost impossible to report the fault or get any sense out of anyone. All I want is a new box is it that difficult ?

The “green screen of death” is never a good sign.

If you have probs booking a tech visit on the phone the forum team here can do this, although it may take a while for them to respond.

Thank you an engineer is visiting Friday so hopefully will sort out the problem

Engineer replaced the box so if your box is stuck in a reboot loop probably the box. Great service from the engineer Ash from Virgin Media.
