V6 box

My tv box is stuck on starting up loop. 
it comes on says starting up, then we get all the different languages on screen and then an arrow pointing down to a box. Light flashes between white and orange. 
been like it since yesterday, reset and unplugged still nothing. 
Any ideas what’s wrong?

Sounds like a stuck software update.

Quickest way is to call into VM to report this- 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Or wait here a day or so for staff to pick it up.

Just to add, called virgin media. Went through all trouble shooting etc. Was told I would be called back within 4 hours for someone to try and talk me through a fix over the phone and if this didn’t work an engineer would be booked. No phone call and still no working box
