V6 box

Very urgent 

We were watching TV this evening and it suddenly went off 

We have checked all the wires etc...and it still won’t work 

There appears to be no power going to V6 box 

We rang Helpdesk and held on for an hour to then be cut off 

We rang again to be told that the Helpdesk had closed

Please respond ASAP

there is not going to be anyone here that can urgently fix your problem.
sounds like you have a hardware failure and you'll need to speak to CS to report it and arrange an engineer visit and/or box swap.
