having problems with my V6 box, yesterday it cut out. Have tried the usual turn off/on again, when starting up it just stops at the start screen the box flashes white then red power button and the WiFi icon flashes white. Any ideas welcomed
You may need to call TV Faults to report this one. But it's worth checking the box has a working internet connection during its boot cycle. Is it connected by Ethernet or WiFi to your homehub?

Very sorry you're having some issues with your V6 box and for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.
