If I turn on the TV box (V6) while it's recording then it won't show anything - the screen is black. I have to reboot the box, which then breaks the recording.

Do you have access to the V6 menu system when this happens?
What're your power saving options set to? How long has this been a problem?

Hi,
there's no access to a menu when it happens, the screen is blank.
Where are the power options? I can't see it in the menus
It's been happening for a couple of months (as far as I've noticed).

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your V6 box. To confirm does this issue only occur when making recording or have you noticed it at other times as well?
