So I switch on the box, and nothing loads up. On the front of the box, there are 2 arrows flashing alongside the wifi signal, which also flashes.
the box then switches itself and then on again and the same thing happens, so the tv never loads.
Any ideas what I can do?
Sounds like your V6 has a fault preventing it from booting up.
The quickest way to report this is to call - 150 (from a Virgin phone), or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone), choose the "I have a fault" options and speak to an agent.
If not, forum staff should respond on here but that might take a couple of days.
