V6 box loops through starting process and then shows a green screen on the TV with the message "The DVR has detected a serious problem and is now attempting to fix it........."
Unable to get through to talk to anyone about this, suspect that the box will need replacing
You're absolutely right to suspect your box will need replacing.
The quickest way is to call TV Faults - 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 4541111 otherwise. I'm not sure when they close in the evenings, but they open at 8am if you've missed the boat.
Forum staff can take a few days to work through posts on here, so I recommend you persist with calling.
