Just upgraded my VM package and replaced My reliable old Tivo box with a V6.
It is connected to wifi router at other corner of house and only has a WiFi signal of between 15% and 20%
I am struggling to get on demand services or Netflix to work which I think is because of the weak signal. Would this be right?
How do I get Virgin to give me booster or should I just buy my own?

Yes, a WiFi signal strength of 15-20% is extremely unlikely to work on the V6. This will cause issues with OnDemand and potentially cause TV Guide updates to fail.
I'd ask in the WiFi section to get more opinions/views on this. It's a whole subject topic!
