V6 box upgrade

Hi,have still not been contacted about getting a free  upgrade from the tivo box to the v6 box.how do I go about getting this free upgrade as virgin were meant to be contacting customers two years ago with the upgrade,thanks

VM haven't had any proactive TiVo > V6 swap offers for quite a while now.

Your best bet, if you've had your current package for a while, and you have VM broadband (this is a requirement) is to use the opportunity to review your whole package. Go through the "re-grade" route to move to a newer, probably more cost-effective bundle, re-contracting for the next 18months, and try to bag a box-swap into the bargain.

Virgin media online contact

Been on hold since 11.54 this morning with the online contact.absolute joke virgin media.we aim to be in touch within 4 hours is their claim.after being with them for 21 years have now had enough.
