I have just upgraded to 2 v6 boxes and on both boxes I can’t access the Virgin Media Store, Prime Video or the help menu. The red button doesn’t work either (apart from Netflix). I have tried rebooting and checked all cables. Can anyone advise?

How many days ago were these boxes installed, if the last 1 or 2, have you tried a restart through Home > Help & Settings > Clear or restart my box
Can you watch non-BBC catchup programmes OnDemand? That's a good test of your box's internet connection.
Follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, where the box's internet connection status is shown in the top-right. What is reported?

Thanks japitts another restart seems to have worked 🙂
