Hi,
Pausing live TV and then playing causes massive glitches (audio and visual). The box has had a recent reboot and does it all the time. HDD failure or **bleep** kit, not sure? Have video to show how rubbish it is.

I'd guess you also have problems with recorded programmes too.
In which case your V6 probably has early on-set HDD issues which will - sooner or later - mean your box has to be replaced.
You can report it by either of the usual methods - either call in or wait here (might be a few days, given the weekend) for staff to pickup.

Welcome back to the the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on our forums.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your TV services at the moment
Please could you check that the coax cables are connected securely to the Virgin Media equipment, any splitters (standard and powered) and to the wall socket. Please let me know if this makes any difference to your picture.
