Hi, our V6 box is stuck in a cycle on welcome screen. I've tried switching off and on, disconnecting power cable for 10 mins and also pressing the + and standby button together whilst switching back on.
Help, we need it on for the match on Saturday.

Your next step should be to call VM to report your fault.
Either 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and follow the "I have a fault" options. C/S reopen at 8am.
