Help, v6 stuck in loop of welcome screen, then occasionally a white download arrow. Have switched off and on, unplugged everything etc, but no joy.

You're best to call VM Faults to report this.
150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Follow the options "I have a fault with my TV service"
Staff respond on here, but it may take a couple of days, especially at weekends.
