V6 box stuck on welcome screen

our box was accidentally turned off at the mains on saturday, and since then has been stuck in a loop on the welcome screen.

have followed all the steps i can find on this forum, so 2 hrs troubleshooting along with an hour on the phone trying to get through

can we have an engineer please

Sorry, but you can't book engineers just by posting on this forum and asking for one. Calling 150 and reporting your fault, V/M will allocate an engineer to you if it's deemed necessary.

ok so lets go through troubleshooting now then to the point where an engineer is required? thats what has happened in other threads i was hoping to bypass what i have already done....

....cannot stay on hold for longer than an hour that not acceptable for something costing £75 a month and a customer for over 4 years

could you advise how else i can contact virgin other than by phone?

Virgin's fault reporting facility is by calling C/S on 150 (or 0345 4541111)
