V6 box stuck on welcome and starting up screen loop
for the last 2 days my virgin TiVo box has been down with a flashing arrow and WiFi signal I have tried to restart on multiple occasions and have even taken the wires out and put them back in also replaced the internet cable and it’s still stuck on start up screen

Have you tried contacting the Faults team?
You could try the text messaging service. Just send a text with a description of Tivo Faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. VM aim to respond within 24 hours however it may take a few days, especially with it being a bank holiday weekend.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faults) butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues
