V6 box stuck on startup loop

My V6 is daily on a rebooting loop. Only with few rare occasions when it actually starts up only to find  a bunch of channels not working, I get error code Q02 .However, most days it’s just on a noisy boot loop.

Can you help us please, tried any self help available already

Q02 isn't a TiVo-software error code, W02 is a loss of signal error.

A rebooting box is a faulty box, or it could be coping with a network fault by restarting. Either way - call it into faults, or wait here if you're happy with a 1-2 day response time.

150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 for an immediate response.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your TV Box being on a continuous loop. I've checked on our side and cna see you spoke with our team, who were able to despatch a Technician to resolve this.
