V6 box stuck on start up

flashing white and pink light on start up screen... wont boot up. hard drive sounds like its making a clicking noise. How do we order a new V6 box asap? or even a new hard drive I'm confident i can do it

A clicking hard drive probably means a failed hard drive and box replacement.

You need to call Virgin Media on 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"

cant get through on the phone, even tried the mobile bot telephone text number and the bot is thick!!! this has been going on over a month now with no v6 in our front room.... VM are quiet happy taking £139 a month off us though!!!! This company is a joke and when our contract is up we will be leaving!!!! If they don't send us a new v6 box soon we won't even carry on paying our bill as this poor customer service is a breach of contract!!!!

It's only fair to point out that, whatever your frustrations with VM service, not paying your bill is a surefire way to make things a whole lot worse.
