My V6 box has gave up on us, my V6 box froze on us, so we tried restarting the box and it has been stuck on 16% since last Wednesday 29th March, dispite resetting numerous of times. We’ve tried ring VM and just keep getting the phone put down and told no one is available to take my call!!
Getting a bit frustrating considering i haven’t had a full service for almost a week..
So can anyone advise
