My v6 box hasn’t been working for 2 days now. It has the starting up page then welcome and then cuts off and starts the loop again.
I have tried all the things suggested on the website help pages and run a fault check. Nothing has helped. I can’t get through to anyone using 0345 454 111. Can anyone help ??

Sorry to hear of the problems that you're having with your V6 box stuck in the start up loop, it sounds like you will need a new box to resolve this.

I eventually managed to speak to someone. He was very helpful. Unfortunately the box needed replacing, all recordings lost. New box arrived in 2 days which was good.
