Hi, my V6 box has started having problems, rebooting, crashing out of apps etc.
I did the online diagnostic checks which completed 100% then "oops something went wrong" message.
Checked connections as instructed but every time I start it up again, it just hangs at "starting up" screen then tries to reboot again. Any help appreciated although I fear a hard disk issue....
Exactly the same is happening with my equipment! Started around 9am this morning.
Update - went back to the box a few hours later and now the box has completely reset itself that has required the remote control to be programmed.
Good news is that it is now working and none of our recorded programmes have been deleted.
