V6 box severe issue

My TV V6 has a green screen message stating it is suffering from a severe issue. Managed to get through to Virgin Help and they said they would sent me a new box through their courier service. That was over a week ago. Appreciate these are difficult times, but I haven't been able to get through to Virgin since. I'm just worried it has got "lost" in transit.

Can anyone help please.

Have tried logging into your online account and looking under My Account->Order Tracking.

Not sure if that type of order shows there but it might be a starting point.
