Kitchen has been refurbished so our second V6 box was unplugged for about 2 months.
Plugged it back in and got the message about box needing updating as it's been disconnected for so long.
Retuned and the box was working fine albeit with no channel info, but we had TV.
Yesterday turned it on and TV came up with an S101 error. Box was re tuning and got stuck at 33%. Did the usual cable check but still not working
Tried to phone but it's busy as you would expect so tried the text service and still waiting.
Just thought I would widen the search for help.
