My V6 box has been cycling through the 'Starting Up' and 'Welcome' screens for 2 hours this morning.
Turning the box off for a while has not helped. Rebooting the router has not helped either.
Tried to call Virgin Media but it cut me off after 11 minutes, so am posting here in the hope that someone can help!

Thanks for the reply. I managed to get through to the VM team in the end and they sent out a replacement V6 box (which arrived the next day). I've now installed that, paired the remote, and it's working fine now.
I'll return the broken box when I get the chance.

I have the same issue, my V6 box has now been in a startup loop for roughly 18hrs.
I am unable to get through on the phones and there is not online chat to resolve the it with a techie.
Can someone kindly get this logged please
