Hi,
Today the 'TV' button on top of the remote control stopped doing anything.
Changed batteries, no effect.
Un paired and re paired, no effect.
Reset TIVO box, no effect.
Could I have a replacement sent out please?

You should be able to do this via self-service at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-lost-or-damaged-tv-remote/download-tv-control-app
There's also a link to the TV Control app on that page, that should provide a workaround in the meantime
