Good evening - I've seen this posted a few times, but didn't want to keep on with the same thread. However, my V6 box is randomly freezing and restarting. Sometimes 3/4 times per day. I suspect it's on the road out as I have had the same box for about 3 years now. It's very likely the box needs replaced.
Have you ran any tests on your equipment by logging into My Virgin Media at the top of the page?
You could try the text messaging service. Just send a text with a description of TV Faults 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faults) butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queue.

As the V6 keeps randomly rebooting several times a day we would need to investigate this further for you. As you have already check all the cabling is tight an secure but the issue persist we would like to take a closer look for you.
