V6 box overheating

Hi. My V6 box keeps overheating and turns off. Thanks Richard

Is your V6 box making any noises when doing so?

How often is this happening?

Have you checked it is not the power save mode enabled? To check if you haven't you can go Help & Settings > Settings > Devices > Power Save. It should be set to Always On.

Hi Spencer. 

no noises and it’s only done it a couple of times.

Ive just changed the settings they were set on connected low power. 

I will try it and see what happens it only does it when the outside temperature is high.

That would, of course, suggest that it’s the location of the box and its surrounding environment.
