My box is on a constant loop of restarting and shutting down. It has an orange light.
Im finding it pretty impossible to find somewhere to do an online chat on here to talk to someone about organising getting a new box sent out.
If your box is restarting in this manner, it's either faulty, or trying to manage a local area fault.
Either way, your best course of action is to call TV Faults and report it. 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 4541111 otherwise.

Ive had a look at the service status for my area and the only thing coming up is loss of all4 app.
I will give them a call in a bit, it has been like it now since Friday evening.
I can see that you have an engineer visit booked in for tomorrow, please let us know how the visit goes.
