I've been with Virgin since last August and was sent the old Tivo box which is so sluggish and doesn't allow playback of Amazon Prime Video. I contacted Virgin and asked to be given the v6 box but was told I'd have to pay for the upgrade, despite them knowing I wanted to use it for Amazon Prime Video when I initially signed up. Anyway, I didn't want to pay for the upgrade so I thought I'd make do with the Tivo box for a year until I could switch to a different provider. I've just checked my contract to see when it was due and can see that the V6 Box is on the contract/part of my package.
Am I missing some small print or clause or was I entitled to the v6 box all long?
Hi its simple if you weren't prepared to pay for it you don't get one, the question is are you being charged for a V6 if no then thats why you don't have one, I'm paying for a V6 so i do. Regards Micky
