V6 box not working

V6 Box light continually flashing between white and amber . This has been going on for 10 days now. Cables all checked and fine. Help !

Is the box outputting any picture to your TV?

Quite likely there's a failed software update or the box has died. I'd recommend you call VM to report your box as faulty.

Thanks for your reply. I'm trying to contact VM but with no joy so far. All i see is static when i try and watch tv through my v6 box. Light continues to flash between white and amber or just goes off completely.
