Thanks for your reply. I'm trying to contact VM but with no joy so far. All i see is static when i try and watch tv through my v6 box. Light continues to flash between white and amber or just goes off completely.

I am really sorry for the delay in response here. I have looked into your account and can see you was able to contact a member of our team who sent a replacement out. Can you confirm how everything is at the moment?
