V6 box not working

Been away for 2 weeks come back to v6 box not working with tv. No problem with my area, signal is fine, Tried different HDMI leads, turning on and off, the light is white and it works on a small tv we have so not the leads. Main Tv otherwise is working fine so has there been a update to the box which may make it not work with my tv?

There would be no reason as to why an update would cause it to break on your TV specifically, maybe try another HDMI socket on the TV in case it's damaged?

Just making sure I've not mis-read your post, but are you saying your main TV isn't working with your V6 box, but another TV is working fine?

If so, surely that points at an issue with the TV ... have you tried swapping HDMI leads and inputs?

Yes it’s very strange , works fine with the small tv we have upstairs! 
checked all the leads, tried different hdmi leads in v6 box and different hdmi slots to tv. Tv works with dvd and Amazon fire stick fine so don’t think it can be tv. DVD player works fine in all the hdmi plug slots with its own hdmi lead or the v6 box hdmi lead

If you can get a picture from your V6 on one of your TVs, then do this, and then follow the menu path I mentioned using your remote control.

Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Video Output

Please then make a note of which outputs are selected.

I have a suspicion that your box may be outputting a picture that one of your TV sets can't handle, and that may be the nub of the problem. If so, disabling the output that's causing that could be the solution.
