Could someone from Virgin please arrange to send an engineer out please? Virgin V6 box is showing white static on the TV only. Have tried all the usual tricks of disconnecting everything and turning it back on again, not working at all.
Thank you for reaching out to us, I am sorry you are having issues with your V6 box, it has now been a week since you last post so I can only assume this has now been resolved, if this isn't the case please come back to me and I will look further into this.
If this has now been resolved please can you advise what the issue was and how it was resolved so anyone else with the same issue can learn from this ?
