my main v6 box stopped working a few weeks ago. No error code is showing but the internet connection light and a symbol of two arrows are both flashing red . There is no error code but box is not turning on at all. I have tried all the connections which are working with our second v6 box but nothing has worked. could you please advise me on what to do next? many thanks
