For the past 4 days the box in our bedroom has not been working. It gets stuck on a loop of Welcome screen>>Starting up>>downloading icon and does this for hours. The light is amber on and off on it.
It switched on last night and then after about 40 minutes did this again. I did a reset with it whilst on.
I have switched off numerous times, checked connections numerous times, the internet is working file (albeit slow since lockdown)
The main tv is working fine
I have tried so any times to get through to customer services and am now on hold after 45 minutes and still no answer.
how can I get this resolved? The box is clearly faulty and this is now day 4 of not being able to speak to anyone.
