I have recently upgraded my contract from broadband and phone, to broadband phone and tv, I got the v6 box today plugged everything in and I cant get all the channels I should be getting the box has been restarted on multiple occasions to no avail.
Are you getting a 7400 error code?
If so, you’ve not activated the box.
If you have tried to activate, try again.

I didnt see any error codes I have reset it to see if that works.
