v6 box not interacting with TV at all. Tried multiple known working HDMI cables and no good. Anything else I can try before requesting a new box?
Sucking eggs I'm sure, but you have selected the correct input on your TV haven't you?
And rebooted your box with the TV switched on - that'll reset your video output settings if they've got mismatched somehow.

Really sorry you've been having some issues with the V6 box and for the delay in getting back to you, we have been busier than usual.
I've had a look into the back end of things but I've not been able to run any further checks as it's saying the box is offline, is this the case or is it standby?
Do let us know so we can get this sorted.
