V6 box not connecting to TV

Hi,

my V6 box has stopped connecting to my tv. I’ve tried rebooting the box and all the cables and that hasn’t made a difference. I’ve changed HDMI cables just in case but still no luck. I’ve tested the HDMI cable from my Xbox to tv and it works fine, just not with my v6 box to tv.

anyone else with this issue?

As an update to this, I’ve been on the phone to Virgin Media for over an hour with them running tests and no luck. After explaining everything and running various tests I was asked ‘Are you calling regarding Tv or broadband?’....ridiculous. Then I was told to turn the V6 box off and leave for 5 minutes and I would be called back....it’s been half an hour....no call back. What a joke.

I'm happy to look into this for you if you're still having issues. Just look out for the purple envelope in the top right hand corner
