V6 box not booting

New V6 box only booting up to 33%
then errors S102.

any assistance appreciated

Hi,

Please can you try this switch off your V6 box at the back of the unit.

Then switch back on hold down + button and power button together and hold for less 90 seconds then release.

Please let me know how you get on.

Yes got through eventually they activated.

I can’t understand why they can’t automate that process.Ive spent 2.5 hours waiting on the phone this weekend.
