Hi my v6 box has just gone off and is showing no signal when i restart it shows the welcome screen then goes off ive tried everything plugged and unplugged every wire turned it off and on nothing is working its driving me mad please help!
Call 0800 5610061 to check if there are any known area faults affecting you.
If there's not, you will be best calling VM to report your fault. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
Just make sure that the "no signal" error is being generated by your VM box, it should have an error number associated with it. Make sure it's not your TV reporting a loss of HDMI input.
