Hi my v6 box is stuck on the welcome screen. It goes off then the download screen appears then back to the welcome screen. It's also making a a clicking noise. I’ve checked all wires, turned the box off from the back and at the mains but its still doing the same.

Can anyone guide me on to what else I could try please

The clicking noise could be hard drive problems.

I'd recommend you call Virgin to report this fault - 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
