Hi, our V6 box keeps rebooting, particularly in the mornings, flashing lights, gets stuck on Starting Up screen.
I've seen other posts reporting similar issues and it sounds like we need a new box. Hoping a Virgin Tech can arrange this for us.

Any TV box that's restarting does indeed need a tech visit, and you can report service faults one of two ways:
Calling in on 0345 4541111 (or 150 from a VM phone)
Waiting here - which may be a couple of days - for VM staff to respond.

Any box that keeps rebooting and getting stuck on the start up screen need reporting to VM.
A member fo the Forum Team may pick this up in a day or two, however it will be quicker to call in the fault.
You should call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc
Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.
