There is an orange flashing light on our v6 box. It keep rebooting itself. There is also sometimes a box with an arrow point down on the screen, tried turning on and off many times, including overnight, internet is fine.
Looking on here I think we need a new box. But I can't seem to get hold of anyone to get one! I tried calling, but just automated service and then says will send me a text with where to get help, didn't receive the text. Tried messaging online but no response.
How can I get in touch with someone at Virgin to help?
