V6 box keeps re-starting

The problem with the equipment is;-

Over the past week our V6 box keeps re-starting, this happens several times a night and sometimes will run for less than an hour.

Occasionally, the TV screen just goes black.

Fast forward recorded programs does not work and deleting a recorded program can take several minutes

The problem with Virgin is;-

The phone help number 150 just takes you around in a loop then disconnects you.

The app chat took 14 hours to answer, then after after an hour answering questions, the operator said the chat was transferred to a technical team who could take up to another 24 hours to answer.

can anyone suggest a method of getting support from Virgin please.

I understand the pandemic problems, but some support should be possible

Sometimes the 150 automated service tries to fix problems remotely and force you to redial once those diagnostics have completed.

Otherwise... VM forum staff respond to posts on here, but it can take anything from a few days to a week at the moment. Best to keep persisting with C/S on 150 in the meantime.
