V6 box issues still

Hi, end of June was having problem when watching a recording back on 2nd v6 that it kept stopping and kicking out of system having to go through it all again. This was happening intermittently at first, but has increased. Engineer came out to change both boxes but when he got here just said it was cause everybody was at home with covid lockdown. 

It is still happening and getting frustrated that can't watch programmes properly. This happens at all times of day, so can't just be down to covid situ.

Can you help?

How are the boxes connected to your VM hub? Are they directly wired or using WiFi?

WiFi congestion is and always has been a problem for V6 boxes, but there are some tweaks you can make to your hub that might improve things.

Both boxes connected by wired connection. 

Been through all resets of hub, boxes, to no avail
