V6 box issue

When setting up my new v6 box it removes my 2nd box from the system ! Any ideas

How many boxes do you have?

Was the new box a replacement for a broken box?

I’ve got 2 boxes, had a new V6 sent last week to replace faulty Samsung TiVo, when installed it worked ok but our existing V6 wouldn’t connect to channels !! So spoke to virgin on 150 and after testing they sent another V6 box. Just installed that and it has stopped the other V6 box working ??

They’ve deactivate the wrong box.

You need to call them and give them the serial numbers of the two boxes you want on your account so they can make sure the correct ones are active.

So sitting on the phone ! Waiting for a 3rd person to speak to ( 1 1/2 hours on the phone !! ) 

so a quick question can you have 2 V6 boxes on the same system ? As the people on the phone seem to be having a problem sorting it ?

Yes already paying for the extra box, I gave up on the phone after 4 people and 2hrs !! Rerouted to technical to get 2nd box activated but had to give due to time
