V6 box has died

My tv box will not switch on at all. Have tried switch at back, different socket and fuse in plug. I don’t have another box to check the cable. 
I gave up waiting on live chat earlier but it’s been 2 days and would like this resolved. How can I get in touch with someone who can help?
