Came in yesterday evening to discover my V6 box dead.
No lights at all. Checked connections, unplugged, replaced, but nothing. Could be the box, could be the power supply, could be both
Any help appreciated

I am sorry for the issue with your V6 box, have you checked that all the wires are in correctly and are not showing any obvious damage?

Thanks for your prompt answer, but as I said in my first post, I've checked all connections, cables, and socket, before posting on here.

Please look out for a purple envelope at the top of the page.
Just as I thought, it was the power supply.
Engineer swapped it over and everything is back to normal
