V6 box has detected a serious problem

My V6 box will not start up, last night there was a green screen stating that the 'DVR has detected a serious problem' and would attempt to fix it taking up to 3 hours.

This morning it will not start and seems to be stuck in a loop trying to reboot.

With customer support unavailable via telephone, can anyone help please?
