V6 box freezes then turns off approx twice a night
one of our V6 boxes seems to be faulty. It freezes then turns off. It takes ages to get it back on again. This can happen twice a night. I have rebooted the box and the hub and tested the signal strength which is fine. I suspect that the box is faulty as there is no problem with the other box. I can not get in touch with Virgin, I have texted, messaged and phoned but got no reply. Any advice please?
